How to use:
Apply to cotton wool pads and place over the eyes.
Place on the eye area for a few seconds to soften eye make- up.
Gently wipe the pads over the eyes to remove the make- up.
May alternatively be used as a soothing eye compress when applied to cotton wool and placed over the eye area for a few minutes.
