Lovely little Cobra Pose 🐍 great for enhancing the flexibility of the spine.
Although it also has many other benefits on the body:
🌟 Can help to build upper-body strength (especially biceps, triceps, and deltoids). Just keep a slight bend in the elbows.
🌟 This posture stretches the muscles in the shoulders, chest, and neck, which can help relieve tightness in the upper body and back. ☝🏼especially beneficial for those who sit over a desk all day.
🌟 Runners, skiers, and cyclists all rely on their legs, which can result in tight hip flexors; Cobra Pose can help keep hips flexible, reducing the risk of injury.
🌟 Tight muscles in the lower back, hips, and legs can cause the pinching pain of sciatica, this stretch will help increase their flexibility.
❤️ Stretching can be great for stress reduction- opening the heart space, elevating your mood and help to reduce anxiety and stress.
